PROJECT 2: COMMERCIAL DESIGN
The objective of this project was to prepare a set of existing condition drawings for Brookhaven Calabro Airport. As part of a group of four, we surveyed the building and developed floor plans, elevations, sections and detail drawings based on our findings. The project also included a focus on accessibility and energy efficiency; we were required to create retrofit proposals to improve the energy efficiency of the building and also ensure that it was accessible.

The final drawing set below includes: Floor Plans for the first floor and basement, a Roof Plan and Roof Framing Plan, 4 Elevations, 3 Section Views, Detail Drawings showing typical construction, windows and doors,etc, Electrical Plans and Reflected Ceiling Plan, and Window, Door and Finish Schedules.
